What I do:

I recently retired from the Army and I’m now exploring opportunities in the ServiceNow space and in Business Analyst roles. I’ve spent years improving processes, supporting teams, and keeping operations running smoothly, and I’m excited to bring that experience into the tech and consulting world.

What I hope to get out of the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course:

I want to build a stronger foundation in process improvement and learn practical tools I can use right away. I’m also hoping this certification helps me grow my skill set and become more marketable as I transition into my next career chapter.
