New to the group

Hello everyone,

My name is Kamil Waters, former Army...enlisted in '98.

Currently police manager with about 63 heroes that report to me (includes 6 first line supervisors) at the patrol level. I'll be transferring to Community Service by the end of the month. There, I'll have less personnel but plenty super public moving parts. My new section will have plenty of projects and I really desire the tools necessary for project completion. I believe industry standards is roadmap to making project completion seamless. Can't wait to me all of you!
