Hi everyone, my name is JeRon,
I come from a supply chain background and currently work as an Account Manager with TikTok Shop. In this role, I manage the end-to-end seller experience, focusing on onboarding and scaling high-potential sellers onto TikTok’s in-house fulfillment network. Much of my work centers on improving inventory flow, fulfillment performance, and using data to drive operational efficiency and growth.
I’m pursuing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to sharpen how I identify inefficiencies, reduce variation, and drive sustainable process improvements. I’m especially interested in applying these tools in fast-moving, cross-functional environments where execution and results matter.
