My name is Rich Possert; I'm the Program Manager for the in-person curriculum delivery of a Career Readiness Program for transitioning military service men and women, veterans, and military and veteran spouses called Operation New Uniform. We have in-person classes available in Jacksonville and Tampa, FL and are expanding to San Antonio, TX in 2027. I served 23 years and one week in the US Navy and retired as a Fire Controlman Chief Petty Officer. After retiring from the Navy, I've served as a Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and District Commander and as the Duval County (FL) Veterans Council Chairman. I'm passionate about serving our military and veteran community!
As I progress through and complete this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course alongside y'all, I'm looking to grow as a manager and a leader of a strong, service-centric team of amazing humans, and to continue to expand our life changing program.
