Hello Everyone! I am Rico, and I am currently an academic instructor at the US Army Warrant Officer Career College in the Strategy and Doctrine Department. I hope to use Lean Six Sigma as a tool to streamline how we approach academic material for the appropriate environment. Also, Lean Six Sigma is part of the material that we facilitate, and I would like to be proficient in the subject matter to ensure a shared understanding amongst the students and peers.
