Intro!
My name is Oscar Davila.
I currently serve as the Branch Manager for Quality Labor Management in San Antonio, where I oversee business development, operations, recruiting performance, and client relationships within the construction and skilled trades market. My focus is building scalable systems, driving revenue growth, and ensuring strong execution around safety, productivity, and quality.
Through this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course, I’m hoping to strengthen my ability to identify inefficiencies, improve process consistency, and implement measurable, data-driven improvements across recruiting, operations, and financial workflows. My goal is to apply Lean principles to scale our branch more effectively while maintaining high service standards.
