My name is Louis and I am a quality engineer at Pratt and Whitney Engine Services in Massachusetts. My career has included various roles with different organizations striving for continuous improvement. I am a Marine Corps Veteran. This is my second green belt course I have taken so I am focussed of refreshing myself with the tools and using the Cp and Cpk quality statistics to improve processes at my job. I am looking forward to learning with everyone!
