Hi everyone, my name is Alrina. I am an active-duty military member currently serving as a Materiel Manager. In my role, I support operational readiness by managing resources, improving supply processes, and ensuring accountability across systems.
I am pursuing the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program to strengthen my leadership and problem-solving skills. I hope to gain practical tools that will help me lead more effectively, improve efficiency within my organization, and drive meaningful process improvements in a high-tempo operational environment.
