February 2026 Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Cohort

Hello everyone, my name is Christopher Andrade, I have served on active duty for the past 13 years.  I currently serve as an instructor for damage control and firefighting, where I train and mentor Sailors to respond effectively in high-risk, high-pressure situations.

I am looking forward to learning how to incorporate Lean Six Sigma principles, structured problem-solving, and continuous improvement strategies that will create a lasting impact on my career.
