Current Role: Staff Noncommissioned Officer in Charge at the Marine Corps and Navy Air Traffic Control schoolhouse, with 17 years of service in the United States Marine Corps. In this role, I oversee training operations and lead the development of entry-level Marines.
What I Hope to Gain: I seek to gain practical Lean Six Sigma tools to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance data-driven decision-making, building on my Bachelor of Science in Project Management and supporting my ongoing pursuit of an MBA in Management from Troy University.
