February 2026 Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Cohort

Hello everyone, and welcome to the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt cohort.

My name is Zachary A. Cleghorn, and I’ll be facilitating this program. I serve as the President of Star Global College of Workforce Development and am a globally recognized Lean Six Sigma facilitator, supporting professionals and organizations worldwide in applying practical process improvement and continuous improvement methods.

My background spans Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and organizational change, and I’m currently completing my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a research focus on how leaders drive adoption and effective use of digital training and improvement programs. To date, I’ve worked with thousands of professionals across industries and countries, helping them apply Lean Six Sigma tools to improve processes, strengthen decision-making, and create measurable business impact.

This course is intentionally applied and practical. The goal is not theory for theory’s sake, but equipping you with tools you can use immediately in your role—whether you’re improving operations, leading teams, or preparing for the next step in your career.

I’m looking forward to learning more about each of you, understanding the challenges you’re facing, and working together over the next few days to turn Lean Six Sigma concepts into real-world results.
