Hi, I am Andrew Arrison
I am active duty Army & have served for 10 years.
I am currently an S4 NCOIC/Senior Supply Sergeant for my battalion. By attending the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program, I hope to gain practical tools and a better understanding of how to improve processes within my organization. This training will help me identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and make informed decisions based on data rather than assumptions. I plan to apply these skills to daily operations to improve efficiency, support mission requirements, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
