I’m hoping to gain practical tools to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen how we serve our scholars and partners. In my role, I work across outreach, recruitment, and student support, and I want to learn how to streamline systems, reduce barriers, and create more consistent, high-quality experiences for the military-connected community. This program will help me grow as a leader and make a greater impact through data-driven and sustainable improvements
