Hi everyone, my name is Jon, and I’m currently serving as a Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. Army, working in the intelligence field. I have a background in leading teams, managing complex processes, and operating in environments where accuracy, efficiency, and accountability really matter.
I’m taking this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course to strengthen my ability to analyze processes, reduce inefficiencies, and apply data-driven decision-making in both my current role and as I prepare for a future transition into the civilian workforce. I’m especially interested in learning how Lean and Six Sigma principles translate outside of traditional manufacturing and into service, government, and organizational systems.
I’m looking forward to learning from everyone’s experiences, collaborating on improvement projects, and gaining practical tools that I can apply immediately. Thanks, and I’m excited to get started.
