Behavior Across Devices
I’ve been noticing lately that I act completely differently depending on whether I’m on my phone or my laptop. On my phone, I jump between apps, check things quickly, and rarely stay focused for long. But when I sit at my computer, I’m much more patient and actually spend time on one task. It almost feels like my mindset changes with the device. Have you experienced that too, or is your behavior pretty much the same no matter what you’re using?

Yeah, I’ve definitely seen that in myself. On mobile, everything feels more casual and quick, like I’m just filling small gaps in the day. It’s not just us — apps and platforms are designed differently depending on the device. Now I try to be more aware of when I’m just mindlessly switching apps versus actually focusing on something.
