Hey everyone, I’ve been looking into tools for screening candidates and TestDome came up as a pretty popular option for technical hiring. From what I understand, it lets you test candidates across different skills like programming or customer service and gives structured results, which sounds useful for filtering people early. I checked pricing and it seems to be pay-per-candidate instead of a monthly subscription, which is interesting but also makes it harder to predict total cost if hiring volume changes. I also found this page TestDome promo codes and now I’m wondering if people actually use discounts like that or if it’s more about buying in bulk. Does it stay cost-effective over time or get expensive if you hire a lot?

I’m not using it yet, just researching hiring tools, but from what I see it’s more useful for teams that hire often and want to standardize screening. The pay-per-use model sounds flexible, but also means costs depend a lot on how you use it. I’m still comparing it with other platforms to figure out what makes more sense for smaller hiring needs.
