I’m Montelly Lopez, based in Buffalo, NY. Army veteran and current federal employee at the VA. My career has spanned financial leadership, enterprise security and risk operations, banking, aerospace, and international consulting. Always in high-stakes, highly regulated environments where precision matters.
I’m pursuing Lean Six Sigma to sharpen my process improvement and operational efficiency toolkit, especially as it applies to federal workflows and enterprise risk governance.

Hello Montelly, I am a VSR at the VBA as well! I have been there about 2 years. How are you liking it? I personally love what I do there, it is very fulfilling helping our veterans. I do plan on applying for other positions within the next year or so. I look forward to networking with you!
