Hello!
My name is Nick Wright. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and U.S. Army Chaplain currently serving on active duty and preparing for retirement from the military in 2027.
I’m based in Clarksville, Tennessee near Fort Campbell. Much of my work has involved supporting service members, veterans, and families during crisis, transition, and loss while advising leaders on caring for their people.
I joined this program to learn how Lean Six Sigma can help improve systems and processes in healthcare and mission-driven organizations. As I prepare for my next chapter, I’m interested in applying these tools to help organizations operate more effectively while serving people well.
My goal from this course is to gain practical process improvement skills I can apply in healthcare or veteran-focused organizations.
