Why are you taking this course right now?
I’m taking this course to put structure and formal training behind what I’m already doing in my current role. I’ve been involved in process, safety and environmental improvements and I’m trying to drive better results. I want to make sure I’m doing it the right way—not just based on experience, but with a solid methodology behind it. I also want to be able to confidently say I’m trained and certified in Lean Six Sigma.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months?
Over the next 3–6 months, I want to build a stronger understanding of the methodology and start applying it more intentionally in my work. My goal is to identify real opportunities for improvement, implement changes, and actually measure the impact. I want to move from just contributing to improvements to being someone who can help lead them.
Who does this impact besides you?
This impacts my family by creating more opportunities for growth and helping me better provide for them. It also impacts my team and company because I’m working toward becoming someone they can rely on to improve processes, solve problems, and help drive continuous improvement wherever I’m at.
