Introduction
Good afternoon!
I'm Kristin, a retired bank executive with a primary focus on digital banking and the customer experience. I now find myself on an entirely new path in the non-profit world, but still within Information Systems. I am married to a retired disabled veteran. I've also had the privilege of teaching personal financial management to AIT students at our home Army base.
While I've learned that I have been using Six Sigma principles throughout my career, I've decided that some formal training would only benefit me and this winding journey I am on. It has long been on my "someday" list.
