I’ve spent over 20 years in the Army leading recruiting and operations teams, most recently running a 55-person organization across multiple locations.
I’m based in the Dallas Fort Worth area and getting ready to transition out later this year. My work has always been about bringing structure to messy situations, fixing broken processes, and helping teams perform at a higher level without burning out.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and dad, and I spend a lot of time on the golf course when I can. I’m now in a SkillBridge opportunity and pursuing operations roles where I can step in, simplify things, and help teams get better results quickly.
