Howdy Everyone,
My name is VA Thomas. I recently completed a mobilization with the U.S. Army Reserve as a Senior Logistics Officer with 24 years of service. In the civilian sector, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with eleven years in the field providing direct therapeutic services and advocacy within the hospital healthcare systems for the most vulnerable clients.
I am pursuing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, in hopes of improving organizational performance through program management, cultivate improved decision-making solutions that are data-driven to support clinical healthcare administration, and streamline strategic operations. I am postured to relocate to the Midwest and my long-term goal is to pursue leadership roles that leverage experiences in logistics, clinical social work within the healthcare systems.
