April 2026 Lean Six Sigma Cohort

Hey Everyone, My name is Kellyen Walker. I am a retired Field Artillery Officer out of Fort Bliss, Tx. I am currently a Project Manager in construction located in Richmond, VA. I decided to join this program because I want to build my professional career and resume. I studied business in college with a focus in supply chain management. I think this will be a great opportunity for me to learn from working professionals and military family. My goal for this course is to earn my Six Sigma Green Belt and build a strong foundation in Six Sigma principles. I want to learn how to analyze processes, reduce defects, and use data-driven tools to improve efficiency and quality. Ultimately, I hope to continue advancing through the Six Sigma levels and work toward becoming a Master Black Belt, where I can lead major improvement projects and help organizations optimize their operations.
