Why are you taking this course right now?
I’m taking this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course right now because I want to sharpen the way I solve problems and improve processes in my work. I’ve been in roles where efficiency, accuracy, and clear operations matter every day, from performing and managing hydraulic maintenance on aircraft to leading operations trans. This course feels like the next step to take all that hands-on experience and put some structured, measurable tools behind it. I'll be able to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that actually make a quantifiable difference. I want to lead projects where improvements are measurable, and teams can see real results from the changes we make. It’s about turning ideas into action and having the data to back up those wins.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months?
In the next 3–6 months, I want to be leading projects that actually improve how things run day to day. I want to spot inefficiencies, implement solutions, and track the results so I can show real, measurable progress. It’s about taking what I know from the field and turning it into structured improvements that make a noticeable difference for the team and the mission.

When I can streamline processes and reduce errors, it makes everyone’s job easier, safer, and more predictable.
