Good afternoon and hello cohort friends!
My name is Jen, and I am honored to have served in the United States Air Force for nearly 20 years. With my retirement date quickly approaching on 1 March 2027, I am actively seeking employment opportunities where Lean Six Sigma principles are both valued and integral to organizational success.
Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles, beginning in Dental Laboratory, progressing through leadership positions, serving as a First Sergeant, and currently working as the Superintendent of the Healthcare Optimization Cell at the Air Force’s largest hospital. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a strong foundation in process improvement, team leadership, and operational excellence.
I began my Lean Six Sigma Green Belt journey in 2016. Although the company that managed Air Force training is no longer in operation and I do not have formal proof of certification, I am eager to continue expanding my knowledge and expertise in this area. I am excited to be here, to learn from all of you, and to build meaningful professional connections.
