Good morning, leaders. My name is J.w., and I am currently serving in the active duty Marine Corps. I am based in the Midwest. I am committed to enhancing my professional skill set, starting at the Green Belt level, with the ambitious goal of achieving Black Belt by the end of this course. As I prepare for my upcoming retirement next year, I am focused on ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the next chapter of my career. I believe in continuous improvement and am eager to reinforce what I already know while also learning new methodologies to adapt to the ever-evolving workforce.
