My name is William Smith, I go by Will. I'm looking forward to this upcoming week and looking forward to what I learn from here. I'm from Grand Rapids, Michigan and joined the Navy in 2011, so it'll be 15 years in August. I've been stationed in San Diego, CA/ Lemoore, CA/ Fallon, Nv/ and currently stationed in Virginia Beach, VA. My current rank is Chief Petty Officer, I'm also waiting to be commissioned to CWO2 next June. Looking forward to hearing from as many people in here and hopefully hearing their story!

Congrats on your selection as a Warrant Officer! I was a Chief in 2008 when I was selected as an LDO. Huge opportunity to grow and excel in new ways as you transition into this new role. Experiences are everything, but knowledge can unlock so many new pathways. Good luck!
