Introduction Post:
Hi everyone, I’m Travis Sinclair. I’m active duty Army, a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist), and I’m currently stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
I joined the Lean Six Sigma Cohort because I want to improve how things run—cutting down on wasted time, tightening up processes, and helping the team work more efficiently. I also want to set myself up for success when I eventually transition out of the military, and I know that Lean Six Sigma skills translate well to the civilian sector.
My main goal for this course is to earn the certification and walk away with a real project I can point to as experience. Looking forward to learning with everyone.
