Introduction
My name is Jayme Henderson, I am currently serving as the Chief Master At Arms. In this role, my primary responsibility is to lead and manage our Force Protection efforts, ensuring the safety and security of our personnel and assets. I was motivated to join this program because I've informally used principles similar to Lean Six Sigma for problem-solving throughout my career. I believe that formal education in this methodology will allow me to integrate these principles into my foundational leadership style more effectively. This course is also timely as I am preparing for a significant career transition, after 20 years of service from the U.S. Navy, back to the civilian sector. I am confident that the skills I gain here will be invaluable in that journey. My main professional goal for this course is to fully integrate the Lean Six Sigma methodology as a core component of my personal leadership foundation, enabling me to lead teams more efficiently and effectively in any environment.
