Introduction – Robert Broom | U.S. Navy IT | San Diego
Hello everybody!
My name is Robert Broom, and I am an active duty United States Navy Information Systems Technician (ITS), specializing in Cybersecurity, Communications Systems.
I am currently stationed in San Diego, California and have recently completed my Master's in International Education from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
My reason for joining this program is to enhance my process improvement and problem-solving skills, particularly in technical environments, where enhancing the process has the potential for a greater impact than enhancing the technology.
I intend to use the DMAIC process framework to improve day-to-day operational workflows, particularly IT support & cybersecurity processes.
I am excited to learn from each participant in this cohort and hear about all the different industries represented on this platform.
