Introduction - Day 1
Good afternoon, my name is Jahaira, and I served in the U.S. Army as an 88M Motor Transport Operator. I’m transitioning from over a decade in federal adjudication into compliance, organizational development, and operations, and I recently earned my M.S. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I’m taking this course to strengthen my process improvement skills and apply a more structured approach to analyzing systems. Over the next few months, I plan to apply Lean Six Sigma tools to a real-world process and demonstrate measurable improvement while securing a role where I can use these skills. This impacts the teams and organizations I’ll support through improved efficiency and reduced errors, as well as my family as I work toward long-term stability.
