JASMINE ARIAS

My name is Jasmine Arias, and I currently serve as the Nurse Manager for the NICU, PICU, and Pediatrics units. I also serve as the Executive Officer for the 514 Aeromedical Staging Squadron. I am located in Long Island, New York. I was motivated to join the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program after recently completing my MBA in Healthcare Administration, as I am eager to continue enhancing my leadership skills and advancing my career. At this stage in my professional journey, I am working toward transitioning into a more administrative role that allows me to focus on leadership, operational improvement, and system-level impact rather than bedside nursing. One professional goal I hope to achieve through this course is to become a stronger and more effective leader by applying the process improvement strategies and knowledge gained to improve team performance, patient care, and organizational outcomes.
