Why are you taking this course right now?
I’m taking this course to strengthen my ability to lead teams through measurable, data-driven improvement. In my role, I’m responsible for performance, efficiency, and employee experience. Lean Six Sigma provides a structured way to identify root causes, eliminate waste, and build sustainable processes. I want to elevate how I lead by making continuous improvement part of the culture, not just a one-time initiative.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months?
My goal is to complete the certification while demonstrating I can lead process improvement initiatives that scale, positioning myself for broader leadership responsibilities.
