Good afternoon,
I am a senior operations leader with over 30 years of experience building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and executing large-scale operations in high-pressure environments.
My leadership foundation was built in the United States Marine Corps, where I led complex logistics and operational organizations supporting thousands of personnel with full accountability for performance, execution, and results.
I also did budgeting auditing and financial management. I have spent the last year working for O’Reilly auto parts in a Distribution Center Manager Training role.
I have done a few different LSSGB courses online but nothing to make me a viable user. YET!

I liked your last sentence about not being a viable user. Same here. I've taken many courses in Lean, read the Toyota way, worked in a Japanese Toyota Supplier company for 4 years before graduating college in 2012, received my Yellow Belt last weekend, and yet, I'm just not comfortable enough to call myself an expert. Nice to meet ya!
