Introduction
My name is Ron Lewis Jr.
I’m a speaker, strategist, and scholar-practitioner focused on student development, identity, and performance—helping individuals close the gap between their potential and their results. I also have a background in business, entrepreneurship, and workforce development.
Professionally, I currently work with the United States Postal Service, while also serving as a licensed real estate agent. I’m excited about the opportunity to apply Lean Six Sigma principles within the Postal Service to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance, while also strengthening my work across business and community-based initiatives.
I’m based in Jacksonville, Florida.
I was motivated to join this program to gain structured, data-driven tools that can enhance the impact of the work I do—whether that’s in workforce systems, organizational performance, or helping individuals create better outcomes in their lives.
One goal I hope to achieve from this course is to master Lean Six Sigma methodologies so I can design more efficient systems, improve measurable outcomes, and position myself for greater leadership opportunities within my organization and beyond.
Looking forward to learning and connecting with everyone in this cohort.
