Hey everyone,
My name is Jordan Penn, and I’m currently a Station Commander for a U.S. Army Recruiting Station out here in Arizona. I’ve been in the Army since 2012 and moved into recruiting in 2022. Right now, I’m working toward becoming a 420T Talent Acquisition Technician. My goal is to be able to not just run a station, but actually understand and improve the bigger picture using data.
