Hi everyone, my name is Trevor Opheikens. I’m currently serving as an IT Manager in the U.S. Air Force, where I support technology operations, troubleshoot systems issues, and help keep mission-essential equipment and users running.
I’m based in Missouri, and I joined this Lean Six Sigma Green Belt program because I want to strengthen my ability to improve processes, solve problems more effectively, and bring more structure to the way teams and systems operate. As I continue building my path in IT and transition toward civilian opportunities, I see process improvement as a skill that adds value in any organization.
One goal I hope to achieve from this course is learning how to apply Lean Six Sigma principles in real-world situations so I can improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and become a stronger technical and operational leader.
