Hello everyone, I am Matthew (Matt) Barber, my current role is First Sergeant and I am stationed at FT Hood, TX. I am retiring in July of 2027 from 20 year career in the Army. I have multiple leadership roles while in the Army. I am trying to translate those roles and responsibilities to the civilian population. I currently have a AS in Technical Management and I earned my BS in Human resource Managment Mar 1st 2026.
