Good morning/afternoon, everyone. My name is Siaosi Motuapuaka.
I am currently transitioning after a rewarding 30-year career in the U.S. Army, I am excited to be starting the next chapter of my professional life in North Las Vegas, NV. Throughout my military service, particularly in my roles as a Program Manager, Leadership and Senior Advisor, I have been deeply involved in enhancing organizational effectiveness and driving impactful change.
I am eager to deepen my understanding of these principles through the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. I look forward to formalizing my hands-on experience with a proven methodology and learning from all of you as I prepare for new challenges beyond the military.
