Why are you taking this course right now?
I have spent the last 20 years in the Air Defense Community and i’ve seen too many processes that are slower, more expensive, and more frustrating than they need to be. I want to be part of the change when I retire from the Army February 1, 2027.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months?
I enjoy leading projects and I want to be better at delivering measurable results. I want to start applying these tools consistently in my daily work. I know that starting a business is going to be hard, but equipped with the right tools I believe that success is only a stone throw away.
Who does this impact beyond you?
My team, who will spend less time on rework and get to focus on their jobs and spend more time with their families.
