I’m transitioning from technician to leader. Lean Six Sigma gives me a data-driven framework to eliminate inefficiencies that create cybersecurity risk and degrade mission readiness—supporting my advancement to E-5 and OCS.
What outcome do you want in the next 3–6 months?
I will lead a process improvement that:
Reduces SAAR/access processing time by 25–40% (baseline: X days → target: Y days)
Eliminates recurring audit discrepancies
Rebuilds and enforces one SOP to eliminate rework
Outcome: measurable, documented impact (DMAIC/A3)—not just certification.
