Hello everyone,

I bring close to 23 years of experience as a program and operations leader in the United States Marine Corps, where I focused on leading performance-driven initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and translating strategy into measurable results. Much of my career has been spent in complex, fast-paced environments, where success depended on creating structure from ambiguity and aligning people, data, and resources to execute effectively.

In my most recent roles within recruiting operations, I led geographically distributed teams and managed large-scale programs responsible for meeting mission-critical targets across multiple markets. I’ve had the opportunity to oversee initiatives impacting more than $90M in organizational investment, while using performance data to improve execution, strengthen pipelines, and drive operational efficiency.

What motivates me most is solving complex problems and helping teams perform at their highest level. I’m particularly passionate about building systems that improve execution, developing people, and creating clarity in environments where priorities compete.

I hold an MBA from Penn State and a background in transportation and logistics management, and I’m currently transitioning from military service into civilian roles focused on program management, operations leadership, and strategic execution.
