Hi everyone —
I go by Thomas despite my Google listing my first name. I'm transitioning out of the Army after a career as a Foreign Area guy, a Comms Guy, and as an Armor guy and have been all over as a result.
Currently finishing up my final weeks in uniform before starting a Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship in May. Good timing to formalize the process improvement fundamentals I've been applying in the field for years. I want to walk into the civilian world ready on day one, not re-learning basics or catching up after the fact.
Targeting roles in Distributed Energy Resources (DER) and Advanced Technology when all is said and done. These sectors need people who can build execution discipline at scale, and that's where my background fits; plus, I want to make sure I am doing something that will make my kids proud.
