Hello Everyone, I am Chris Frazier. I live in Maryland and work right between Baltimore and DC. I retired from the Army about 10 months ago and have been working in a HR role as a federal contractor for about 9 months now running a finance program for the US Army. I spent the last five years working as a stakeholder in my last Army organization working through 2 organizational reformations using basic change management tools and working through those types of issues by trial and error. I feel this course will help me better understand what I could have done and how to be better prepared and more effective for whichever organizations I work with in the future.
