Hi everyone, I’m Dawn.
I’m a Senior Chief in the Navy with a background in leading high-performing teams in high-pressure environments. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for leadership development, specifically helping leaders better understand and connect with their people to improve both performance and culture.
I’m currently building my executive coaching practice, where I focus on helping leaders strengthen emotional intelligence, improve communication, and lead in a way that brings out the best in their teams.
I joined this Lean Six Sigma cohort because I want to deepen my ability to not only develop people, but also improve systems, processes, and overall organizational effectiveness. My goal is to bridge the gap between people and performance in a way that creates measurable impact.
