My name is De'Andra Wright I'm a retired Air Force Veteran with 21 years of experience in Project Management and Security program management. Im taking this course to upskill as I pivot into a new career path in roles focused on operations, quality, and continuous improvement. In my most recent role working for a defense contractor, I’ve seen how process gaps, delays, or inefficiencies can directly impact cost, schedule, and overall mission readiness. I want to strengthen my ability to apply structured, data-driven methodologies to improve performance, reduce waste, and ensure the delivery of maximum value to both the customer and the organization.
