What motivated me to join this program:

After retiring from the Army, I wanted to continue building on my leadership experience and translate those skills effectively into the civilian workforce. This program stood out as an opportunity to strengthen my knowledge, learn from others in different industries, and better position myself for the next phase of my career.

Career transition:

I recently completed a long career in the U.S. Army where I served in multiple leadership roles, managing teams, operations, and organizational development. As I transition into the civilian workforce, I’m focused on moving into Human Resources and leadership roles in manufacturing or corporate environments where I can continue developing people, building strong teams, and improving organizational performance.

Professional goal from this course:

My goal is to sharpen my HR and leadership skill set while gaining practical insights that will help me successfully transition into a senior HR or leadership role in the private sector.
