Hello everyone,
My name is Zachary A. Cleghorn, and I’m currently finishing the final year of my Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with a focus on Change Management.
I work as an international trainer in process improvement and workforce development, and I’ve had the opportunity to practice and teach Lean Six Sigma across a variety of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, government, and service organizations.
Throughout the week, I’ll share real-world examples from these industries to help connect the Lean Six Sigma tools we discuss to practical situations you may encounter in your own organizations.
