Introduction (Camp Humphrey's Korea)

My name is William Natal, and I currently serve as an Intelligence Master Sergeant and Intelligence Program Manager with the U.S. Army. I am stationed at Camp Humphreys, Republic of Korea.
I bring over 21 years of experience across the U.S. Army and the National Security Agency, with a career focused on intelligence operations, program and project management, organizational leadership, and workforce development. Throughout my career, I’ve led diverse intelligence teams, managed complex operational and technical programs, and worked extensively in joint, interagency, and coalition environments supporting national security missions.
I was motivated to join this program because it aligns well with my professional background and my desire to continue strengthening my leadership, strategic planning, and program management skills. I value learning opportunities that are practical, structured, and directly applicable to complex, mission-driven organizations.
I am currently preparing for a transition from active military service, with a planned retirement in 2026. As I approach this next chapter, I am intentionally expanding my skill set and preparing for continued service in either federal or civilian roles where I can apply my experience to support large organizations, lead teams, and manage complex initiatives.
One professional goal I hope to achieve through this course is to enhance my ability to operate effectively in civilian or federal environments, particularly in leadership and program management roles, while continuing to deliver meaningful impact and mission success.
