April 2026 Lean Six Sigma Cohort

Hello, my name is Steven R. Current Role & Profession: I am currently serving on Active Duty as an AGR in the U.S. Army as a Staff Sergeant (E6). I specialize in Logistics as a 92Y and 92F. Additionally, I serve as an Adjunct Professor in St. Louis, MO, where I teach undergraduate psychology classes. Location: I am originally from Louisville, KY, but I am currently stationed in Illinois. What motivated you to join this program: I am wanting to get the ASI's in the army for green and black belt to add to my certifications. If you are transitioning in your career, tell us a little about that journey: I am not currently transitioning as I have only 12 years out of my goal of 20 AFS. I am currently a PhD student for psychology and looking to add more skills to my education. One professional goal you hope to achieve from this course: One goal is to receive my certification and help prepare for the next level of black belt.
